Our owner is very picky about water, rice, and miso! He is careful not to use any tap water; only spring water from Urabandai. The ingredients, volume, and taste are perfect! We draw quite a crowd at lunchtime. There are such a number of choices sure to please anyone from children to seniors. Wouldn't you like some of the oh-so-popular Oyakodon made with Kawamata game fowl and three eggs? A wonderfully gentle taste- the king of egg dishes!
By all means, savor this sometime.
