“Kumo No Harlequin”'s biggest boast is its meals.
From hors d’oeuvres to dessert, steak and fish dishes, each with its own sauce, we put safety first. We don’t use any off-the shelf commercial materials, and make everything by hand. Rice too, contains hardly any pesticides and we buy Aizu-produced Koshihikari directly from the farmer (Aizu Misato Town) and after purchase, mill it ourselves before cooking.
Steamed vegetables, salads, etc. are full of locally grown produce, and we only offer you the freshest.
Everyone knows Mt. Bandai produces a rich supply of mountain-spring water, and any people in the Aizu area can visit the spring and get this spring water.
Bandai Town’s water is so delicious, and water from Ryugasawa was chosen as one of Japan’s 100 most famous waters. At our Pension we also use water from Mt. Bandai (municipal water supply) for our cooking.
