Special raw coffee beans are roasted right here and give a great flavor that lasts, even if the coffee is room temperature. Blended coffee has a soft sweetness, mild acidity, pleasant aroma, and a clear finish.
An American wife make the cakes here, and you can look at Mt. Bandai while you enjoy them so much with your coffee, that you will forget all about the time. Pizza made with Tokoku flour is both fluffy and chewy (The daily mixed pizza offering is 1,200 yen); and then there are the brownies.
We also have experience with sushi and offer "Bandai firmly-pressed trout sushi" and "Kohada No Oshizushi"
