“Furaibo Lodge” is a friendly inn with a bibulous landlord who loves fishing. Leave all the talking of fishing and sake to him. We have Ebisu Beer on tap, locally brewed sake, and a wide selection of real shochu.
Meals have Japanese cooking at the heart, and he thinks everyone will want to eat dishes made with local ingredients. The water we use is “natural water”. Shaved bonito, kelp, bivalve adductor muscles and other natural ingredients are put into our soup stock.
The owner insists, “Let our guests spend a great time tippling together”.
