We recommend our "Tsubaki Mochi" and "Byako manju" "Tsubaki Manju" is made with only sugar, flour, rice flour, soy sauce and Japanese walnuts, a high-quality ingredient. We preserve the way of making it that we've used for ages. The sweetness of the walnuts and the feeling of the mochi are well-known by people of Aizu. In Aizu, Tsubaki Manju is ideal to give as a small souvenir.
