"Kita No Hana" and "Junmaishu Kuradaiko"etc. are painstakingly made and are the pride of Kita no Hana.
As you can see from the name, it is a factory tour with the feeling of a sake school, that shows you the different kinds of rice and will teach you how sake is made, one step at a time. There is no charge, and you can just come in anytime, but if there are 10 or more in your group you need to reserve by telephone.
This is great because you can also sample different kinds of sake free of charge.
