For our tonkotsu soup stock, we use carefully selected pork bones with any less desirable parts removed.
In our shop the most popular item is the "butairi ramen" with a hearty serving of noodles, either 300 grams for the small size, or the large with 400 grams "hat's" a lot!
What a great deal! Additional garlic, vegetable, hot peppers, and other toppings are free! And our complimentary extras get top marks.
