Pension Kimama has cedar, square-log rooms, a dining room of larch logs, and an outside covered with Canadian shakes. It may not be exactly luxurious, but our guests will have found a peaceful spot to settle down.
Our baths are in two places and both private, so you can unwind at your own pace.
The larch-log dining room is on the second floor. For dinner, we serve creative home-cooked Western dishes that we take time and care to prepare. We offer daily-changing specials such as beef stew, simmered for four hours with red wine; the specially raised and nutritious sakurahimetori chicken, grilled with herbs; fillet of beef with red wine sauce etc. Breakfast lets you savor pizza toast and fresh toast with heaps of veggies, etc. made with homemade bread which is so popular. We have a children’s serving for children from three years old to elementary school age.
There is also the owner’s handmade deck and swing in a relaxing area of the garden for you when you visit.
