The fragrant aroma of freshly baked bread and rusks wafts through the shop.
We are a bit fastidious about the materials and local water we use, and carefully bake about 50 kinds of bread daily. We believe in the quality of everything here! The breads especially in demand are "Oueen Bread" with butter and milk kneaded into it, and Soft-crust bread・ Other things we offer are bread made from rice, handmade jams, tomato puree etc., all of which have received very favorable reviews.
