Everything handmade・is out motto, and our shop boasts a taste of Aizu. Using carefully selected materials, we offer scrumptious freshly ground, freshly kneaded, and freshly boiled soba.
We have "tenzaru soba" with tempura on the side, "tempura soba"with tempura on top, "nishin tempura" including herring, "nishin tenzaru" tempura with a side of soba, "tororo soba" with yam, "nameko soba" with mushrooms, "sansai soba" with wild vegetables in it, "torisoba" with chicken, and lots more.
We make our udon by hand as well, and have a similar menu for it. "Nishin no sanshozuke" has herring pickled with Japanese pepper; all this for you to sample one at a time.
