Near Oshikirigawa Park is an old-fashioned town ramen shop.
We make our ramen soup with tiny dried fish, and it perfectly suits the hand-cut wavy thin noodles. The slightly burnt bottom of our pot-stickers is the best!
We cater mainly to local people, but tourists come as well, and we keep off the beaten path so our existence is a bit hidden. Miso ramen is heaped with goodies, and negi-miso ramen and chashu-men also have a great volume of scallion or braised pork, and taste great! Aizu's special pork cutlet rice bowl is also superb.
