This shop stocks mainly local sake.
In a special refrigerator "snow room" we keep "snow storage liquor" which comes highly recommended. This room is packed with about 100 tons of snow and maintains a constant temperature of two degrees and 85-90% humidity throughout the year. This increases the "mellow" taste better than the usual refrigerator, and vibrations from tremors of Mt. Bandai and a nearby railroad also enhance the "deliciousness" After about four months in storage, it is taken out in the middle of July. Quantities of this valuable sake are limited, so please taste.
Besides this we have "Aizu Musume" "Shichijuro" and other delicious sakes, plus a host of diverse beers, shochus, whiskeys, and spirits.
