This is a "steak restaurant" Of course we recommend steak from our menu! We use the finest marbled Yonezawa beef (A-5).
Even for curries and stew, we use 100% (A-5) prime marbled Yonezawa beef, and the butcher manages to draw out every bit of the flavor to offer a luxurious taste.
In addition, annexed to our shop is a coffee roasting house. We import raw coffee beans and roast them carefully over a perfect heat, adjusting to exactly the roast you desire! The beans are from Brazil only, but they have a character that makes them able to achieve very mild roast.
