We use Inawashiro buckwheat flour for our handmade soba, in the wappameshi we offer. We put a plentiful amount of seasonal vegetables in the dishes we make from the heart one at a time. We also have "Aizu no Ajimeguri"(or, "The Taste of Aizu", which gives you a chance to sample the different cuisine from all of the places in Inawashiro area.
