At Ukawa Blueberry Garden you can enjoy picking all-you-can-eat blueberries for two months from early July until the end of August.
The entry fees, "Older than elementary school age" 500 yen・and "Kindergarten" 300 yen・ include all-you-can-eat in 30 minutes. You can also pick some to take home with you. (100 grams・160 yen)
Please taste a fruit that is rich in nutrients and contains oodles of anthocyanins, polyphenols, vitamin A, vitamin E, and dietary fiber.
In addition, in mid-October you can pick "Natsuhaze"(a native blueberry). These are loaded with polyphenols as well.
