*On the whole, bedrooms are Western (beds), but if you like you can have tatami.
* For parties of 4 to 20 guests, there are variations of rooms and prices.
*The private dining room-kitchen is the size of 10 tatami mats and the living room is eight tatami.
*Rooms are self-catering. Friendly people can make noisy chatter.
*There is a dining/kitchen unit (10 mats) and living room (8 mats) for personal use, which you can enjoy without worrying about other people.
*furnishings include fridge and freezer, microwave oven, rice cooker, hot plate, cookware, and tableware sets, all complete.
*The condominium has a new barbecue area for staying guests only.
