We are Fukushima's first specialty shop offering only soup curry! To make the soup, for 12 hours we slowly stew a heap of vegetables and chicken grown in the prefecture, adding a carefully formulated blend of 17 kinds of selected exquisite spices. We are scrupulous about making this by hand from scratch, using no additives. To go with the curry, we have lassi, jam, puree, muffins, cake etc., all homemade. Soup curry got its start in Sapporo, but we have brought it here. You can change the spiciness if the roux anytime. By all means, enjoy eating here.
