There are two stone statues. To the right is sadaijin (minister of the Left) Sugawara Michizane, and on the left is Udaijin (minister of Right) Fujiwara Tokidaira, dating from the middle of the Edo Period. In this region, stone monuments of these ministers are not common, but Hoshina Masayuki brought the statues from Shinshu Takato to Aizu along with the stone carvers as certification, and they are an important historic relics. In addition, from the names of the temple petitioners and benefactors, we can discern the depth of Hayama痴 religious faith in the Inawashiro area.
