About 800 meters above sea level, our shop, which opened shortly after the war, is in a small spa town near the hot spring pouring out of the highlands.
The regular bus leaves every two hours, but the closest traffic light is 13 kilometers away. We are way up in the mountains, but customers are so pleased they say, "Mouthwatering" I'm so glad I came here・ and they are so impressed by the production of such things here.
We are particular about the selection of our materials, and the owner stocks a good supply of the "Red bean paste's necessities of life" to use as the basis of his Japanese confections.
