With original home-brewed sake “Osaragi”, and Mozart playing in the background while it is being made, this is Japan’s first musical sake “Ginjo yakyoku (Classic). A sake brewer from Aizu uses premium rice grown in Kitakata’s suitable water and climate to make it, and you can enjoy the harmony of different tastes.
Moreover, inside we have Aizu’s special products, miso and pickles, and other food made primarily with natural ingredients, as well as many handmade souvenirs.
During fall and winter there are persimmons hanging up to dry in front of the store for everyone to see, slowly developing a nostalgic natural sweetness that everyone loves.
When you come here through the snow, you can sit around the stove and drink green tea and sweet sake and slowly unwind.
