At Ki-shun, as much as possible we use "local ingredients" produced in the area for local consumption.
We are meticulous about freshness; especially in the white meat fish "harvested in the morning" that we obtain from local sources. We select our vegetables on the basis of their "healthfulness"

We listen to what our precious customers tell us, and try to make the things they desire.
Inside, the restaurant has a black motif that is calming. The image is that of an aged "warehouse"
In particular, we have earthen walls in the table dining area, and antique light fixtures. Please enjoy some bonzer Japanese cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
