In our shop we offer an earnest menu using fresh ingredients of each season.
We have four special recommendations:
*Aizu ramen (840 yen)・Soy sauce flavor, topped with wild vegetables and mushrooms picked in Urabandai.
*Urabandai Plateau miso-ramen (945 yen)・Miso taste soup piled high with a mountain of vegetables, just like Mt. Bandai.
* Special Sauce Katsudon (1,260 yen)・he cutlet rice bowl this shop boasts about. Pork rib meat from inside the prefecture marinated in our secret "Sauce" before cooking. Totally satisfying for a man-sized appetite!
*Naturally grown maitake mushroom set meal (1,575 yen)・From mid-September, the owner goes into the hills and picks these and other mushrooms himself, and heaps them on your dish.
