Our shop offers a locally popular cuisine using particular local ingredients. When all is said and done, we recommend "Yamashio Ramen" from our popular menu! The characteristic of this ramen is a clear soup with a deep rich taste. In the souvenir corner we have a great deal of merchandise connected with Yamashio, mountain salt, that you can find only here. "Aizu Yamashio" "Yamashio Ramen" of course, but here you can also get "Yamashio Kuri Manju" and lots more! Furthermore, the Aizu souvenir shop has an abundance of things. In addition there is a craft corner where we sell one-of-a-kind handmade items.
Moreover, the vegetables we sell were harvested that morning in Kitashiobara when they are in season!They grow outdoors and are so fresh.
