At our store, buckwheat grown in Aizu is ground into three grades to make a unique blend.
Chilled soup accompanies the "Aizu Jidori Soba" (995 yen); and for "Furumaiita Soba" you can choose whatever soup you want: jidori (chicken) soup・(520 yen), Kamojiru (waterfowl) soup (520 yen), "Tenjiru (tempura)"(420 yen); and there is "Morijiru"(250 yen), which is used as a dip for your noodles.
And we have others, like the "Soba Zukushi Kaiseki" course meal from 3,000 yen. (Limited to 20 people with reservations) Please contact us about your budget and the number of members in your group.
