The most popular is "Shimizuya Jukusei Ramen" The chewy and smooth-going-down feeling is so well liked.
Besides this, we have many choices for each season; "Sakura Somen" in the spring, "Nama Somen" in summer, "Special Udon" in autumn, "Toshikoshi Soba" in winter, and others.
