Founded in Edo Period, Kaei 3 (1850), Kaei Kura has been protected for over 150 years by the demonic figurines on its roof tiles. The god of sake lives here, and the Aizu master brewer still has the old passion!
Aizu water, Aizu rice, and the people of Aizu work together to make this local authentic sake! Born from the blessings of Aizu earth, in a warehouse that continues the old traditions, we can make real sake.
To make delicious sake we need the highest quality of natural water, and at this kura we boast a water line supplying the clean, fine, soft, and natural water.
