"Shokusai Atelier Aizuya・is a restaurant serving creative cuisine based on French influences. The exterior has a Japanese flair, but the inside has a stylish white motif. The walls are hung with paintings by living Aizu painters, making this a gallery restaurant.

Our cuisine has a French base that the chef uses creatively. We offer you locally raised fresh vegetables and Aizu chicken and Aizu miso. Folks here love Aizu with their whole heart.

Here we recommend "Aizu Jidori Ramen" which gets flavor from herbs like thyme, laurel, rosemary, as we stew the chicken with vegetables (onion, garlic, carrot, celery,) for six hours. Treat yourself to a bowl of delicious noodles made by a French chef who never forgets that this is a ramen shop.

Come early because we are limited to 20 meals a day.
