At the end of Goshikinuma Nature Trail you come to the ponds that are your goal. The five ponds・different colors are made by the composition of the water, and because of Yaginuma Pond's low acidity, it is colorless and transparent.
The trees on the shoreline change colors in each season giving a beautiful special look to Yanaginuma in the middle of of Goshikinuma. Crucian carp and smelt etc. live here and it is a secret spot for peaceful fishing.
