(Yonezawaya Hot Springs)
The simple, clear water has high salinity, and tastes salty. The very core of your body will stay nice and warm for a long time. As the water pours out from its source, it slowly removes your fatigue.
(Yonezawaya’s rooms)
You can really flop down hard on a tatami. Maybe the best re-creation is simply doing nothing. Isn’t it the best for you? If you become sleepy, goodnight…
(Yonezawaya’s meals)
Mainly, we serve rustic regional cooking, with seasonal fresh ingredients. The special product here is our mountain salt that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Please use this chance to have a taste you can’t get in the city, the “taste of Urabandai”.
“Aizu Yamashio”
“Aizu Mountain salt” is made by boiling down hot spring water from Oshio Urabandai Hot Spring. During the Edo period, we provided this traditional salt to the Aizu clan. Loaded with minerals, this salt’s “gentle flavor” has habitually been used by many people in their cooking as flavoring for their ingredients.
