Inside this old warehouse, you will be surrounded by antique furniture giving it an atmosphere that harks back to the Taisho Era. The owner is earnest about his handmade soba made without the use of any fillers, but only buckwheat. Water from 407 meters underground and local Oku-Aizu buckwheat form the base, making for the white clear Sarashina-method noodles that feel so good gliding easily down your gullet.
