Inside the Tsuruga Castle park, there is a small tea house built by Shoan, offspring of Sen No Rikyu. Customers can enjoy a cup of tea here, and tea ceremonies are held on a regular basis.
After the Boshin War, it was moved to another spot and preserved. In the 1990’s, with the reconstruction of Tsuruga Castle, it was moved back to its original location inside.
